Rental Policies

Woodcrest Audio wants you to get the most out of your equipment rental but there are a few things you should know prior to your rental.

There are no refunds for unused rental items.

Rental inventory is based on availability and may differ from pictures.

Delivery and Pickup charges are based on location distance and are not negotiable.

Rental equipment pricing in non-negotiable.

Equipment must be protected from weather and any damages incurred the client will be responsible for repair costs or replacements.

Equipment must be returned on quoted date or additional day rates will be charged.

Rental equipment does not include labor. You must be knowledgeable in setting up and operating equipment. If you require additional instruction on troubleshooting, operating, or setting up equipment you will be charged a labor fee.
